Francisco Javier Barroso

Francisco Javier Barroso has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the oil and gas industry. Currently, as the Head of FP&A Upstream at CEPSA since November 2013, Francisco leads FP&A efforts for the Upstream business unit, managing significant EBITDA and overseeing FP&A coordinators across various international assets. Previous roles at CEPSA include Head of FP&A Algeria, where Francisco was responsible for financial oversight of a $300MM EBITDA asset, and Management Control Algeria, focusing on budget preparation and KPI analysis. Francisco's career began at Deloitte, where an Experienced Senior role in the Audit Department involved reviewing financial statements and advising on internal control systems for major sectors, including oil and gas. Francisco holds a Degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
