Miguel Temprano Matamoro is an experienced drilling engineer with a strong background in managing complex drilling campaigns in Algeria, particularly within the oil and gas sector. Since joining Cepsa in September 2011, Miguel has advanced through various roles, including Lead Drilling Engineer and Night Drilling Supervisor, successfully overseeing campaigns that involve the drilling of multiple wells and the implementation of innovative technologies. Miguel holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Project Management from EAE Business School, a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de León, alongside additional qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health.
