Ricardo Cantos Lechuga is an accomplished chemical engineer with a degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned between 1998 and 2003. Since April 2007, Ricardo has held various positions at Cepsa, advancing from Lubes Plant Process Engineer to Engineering Project Manager, and subsequently serving as Lubes Plant Operations Manager and Aromatics Plant Operations Manager, eventually reaching the role of Aromatics Plant Manager. Prior to joining Cepsa, Ricardo worked as a systems analyst at Everis from February 2005 to April 2007.
