Phillip Balmeo

Phillip Balbo is a Senior Program/Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol, responsible for designing infrastructures in the Transportation Industry. Previously, at the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, Phillip supervised grade separation projects. Phillip also served as Assistant City Engineer at the City of Long Beach and as a Civil Engineer at the Port of Long Beach. Phillip's experience includes designing, managing, and operating various civil and environmental engineering projects.
