Theresa Richards P.e.

Theresa Richards, P.E. is a Professional Engineer/Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol with experience in project engineering, design, inspection, and seismic analysis. Theresa also holds certifications in commercial diving. Previously, Theresa worked as an Engineering Intern at HENSEL PHELPS, gaining experience in construction management.
