Rachel McDonough has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Rachel served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at MoFi, where they led the finance, accounting, and compliance teams and was responsible for budgeting, auditing, accounting, financial reporting, planning, and cash flow. Prior to that, they oversaw accounting and financial reporting for MoFi's new markets tax credit program, managing construction disbursements and reporting for commercial projects and assets totaling over $500 million. Rachel also worked as a Loan Officer at MoFi, a Credit Analyst at First Montana Bank, and completed a Management Trainee program at First Interstate Bank. Rachel is currently serving as a Board Member and Treasurer at both the Five Valleys Land Trust and the Missoula Downtown Association.
Rachel McDonough has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Montana. Rachel also completed an Emerging CFO program in Strategic Financial Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Bank Executive Leadership Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
