Renner Johnston, AIA, LEED AP is the President at Mogavero Architects since 1997. Renner has a strong background in green building, mixed-use design, affordable housing, urban infill, multifamily housing, TODs, solar arrays, and urban design. Renner also worked as a Green Architecture Instructor at UC Davis Extension from January 2007 to February 2012, teaching fundamentals of green architecture, sustainable design, and energy conservation in building design. Renner holds an M. ARCH degree from the University of Oregon, a BA in Philosophy from Connecticut College, and completed a year abroad in philosophy at The University of Edinburgh. Renner also has a High School Diploma from Kent Denver.
