Benedikt Iltisberger has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Benedikt is currently a Co-Founder at mogenius, a position they have held since May 2021. In 2006, Iltisberger, with a strong foundation in Computer Science, decided to further their education by enrolling at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. Benedikt pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and successfully completed their studies in 2009.

In 2008, Iltisberger briefly attended the University of Helsinki, where they focused on the field of Design of Safe and Reliable Technical Systems. This experience likely provided him with a different perspective and a broader understanding of technical systems outside of Computer Science.

With their bachelor's degree in hand, Iltisberger returned to Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences in 2009 to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Benedikt completed their master's degree program in 2011.

During their masters' studies, Iltisberger also had the opportunity to spend a year at York University, where they earned a second Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 2011.
