Linards Kalvāns

Linards Kalvāns is a seasoned professional in data science and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Engineering at Eleving Group since June 2024. Previously, Linards worked as a Data Scientist at Hunome, contributing to innovative collective sense-making solutions from July 2023 to September 2024. Linards held various leadership roles at TWINO, including Head of Data Science and Engineering, Head of Risk and Data Science, and Data Science Team Lead from August 2018 to September 2024. Linards also gained experience as a Senior System Analyst at Tieto, focusing on the payment cards industry, and served as a Lecturer and Senior Researcher at the University of Latvia, engaging in both teaching and advanced research in atomic and molecular physics. Linards holds a Doctorate in Atomic and Laser Physics from Latvijas Universitate, completed in 2011.
