Māris Kreics

Māris Kreics is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Mogo Finance. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Project Manager for Lattelecom, the leading telecommunications services Company in Latvia. Māris reported directly to the CFO and was responsible for key projects such as the design and implementation of an annual group-wide risk assessment, the preparation of a business case for expansion into a new geographical market, and the development of a successful EU funds attraction program that brought in more than EUR 1 million.

Māris Kreics is a Chartered Certified Accountant (Member since 2011, Fellow since 2016) who has also Passed all three levels of the CFA Program first try. Māris has a Master in Finance from Banku Augstskola and a Bachelor in Finance from the same school. Māris is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from CFA Institute and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from ACCA.
