Chew Lenny

Chew Lenny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare infrastructure and project development. Currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Infrastructure Projects at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd since May 2011, Lenny previously held the position of Head of Project Development at OCBC Property Services, where involvement included the redevelopment of Hotel Phoenix/Specialist Shopping Centre. Lenny also directed the PPP team at UGL Premas Ltd, overseeing significant projects such as the ITE College West and Sports Hub. Earlier career roles include Assistant Chief Properties Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where Lenny managed overseas development projects, and Project Manager at Capitaland Residential Ltd, focusing on high-end residential projects. Lenny began career as a Project Officer at the Lands and Estates Organisation after graduating with a Master’s degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore.
