Shailendra Kumar has extensive work experience in the tea industry. Shailendra is currently the Head of Sales at Mohani Tea Leaves Pvt. Ltd, where they manage a team of 15+ salespersons and is responsible for increasing revenue and achieving business goals. Shailendra is skilled in coordinating with new dealers and markets to grow sales volume. Prior to this role, Shailendra worked as a Sales Support Manager at Rungta Tea Private Limited for a few months. Shailendra also has previous experience at Mohani Tea Leaves Pvt. Ltd as an Executive Officer and Back Office Executive.

Shailendra Kumar earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Production Management from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University in Meerut. Shailendra attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) in the field of Computer Science from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal. Shailendra pursued this degree from 2011 to 2012.
