Mark Marnati is currently serving as a Judge Pro Tempore at the Mohave County Justice Court in Lake Havasu City since 2018. Prior to this role, they held the position of Associate Magistrate at both Lake Havasu City Municipal Court and Mohave County Justice Court from 2018 to 2024. Mark retired as a Captain from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in 2016, where they managed multiple drug enforcement teams and oversaw a variety of law enforcement operations from 1983 to 2016.
