Ben Reams

Ben Reams has over 20 years of experience in various senior leadership roles within the flooring and carpet industry. Most recently, they served as the VP Business Development at Mohawk Group, where they exceeded operating income expectations and drove profitable sales growth. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Interface, including Partner Development Director-Americas and Director of Education & Hospitality. Ben also has experience as a Regional Vice President at Shaw Industries and as a Regional Sales Manager at Tai Ping Carpets. Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and achieving business objectives.

Ben Reams attended Auburn University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Marketing and earned a degree in Business.
