Cole Cayce has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cole currently works at Business Flooring Specialists as a Sales professional. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Vice President-Global & Strategic Customers at Mohawk Group. Before joining Mohawk Group, Cole worked at Ideal Partners, where they served as President, Sales Manager, and Account Executive. Cole also worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Mannington Mills, Inc. and as an Account Executive at Mohawk Industries. Cole began their professional career as a Quarterback Coach at Texas A&M University-Commerce and had a brief stint as a Professional Athlete in the Arena Football League.

Cole Cayce earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 1997 to 1998.
