Gwen Sandlin

Gwen Sandlin is a seasoned professional in the design and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Segmented Sales-Healthcare at Mohawk Group since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Healthcare Strategic Account Manager and Territory Manager at Armstrong World Industries, where the focus was on enhancing ceiling spaces for designers and architects. Gwen previously held the position of Market Manager at Armstrong Flooring and served as President of Signature Solutions, which expanded its product offerings across three states, supporting the design and architectural communities. Earlier in the career, Gwen was the Owner of Joy2Spec, representing interior finish products, and worked as a Strategic Accounts Manager for Mannington Commercial Flooring.
