Jeff Mitnitsky has over 20 years of experience in sales and management roles in the flooring industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Global and Enterprise Sales at Mohawk Group, where they are responsible for leading the sales efforts on a global scale. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Teknion as the Regional Vice President of Sales for four years, overseeing the sales activities in the region. Before that, they held various positions at Interface, including Account Executive, Vice President of Market Development & Strategic Accounts, and Regional Vice President of Sales, where they achieved significant sales growth and expanded the company's presence in different markets. Jeff has a strong track record of driving business growth and developing strategic accounts.
