Ross Leonard

Ross Leonard is an experienced marketing professional with a progressive career in the flooring industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Segment Marketing at Mohawk Group since August 2021, Ross has previously held significant roles, including Vice President of Marketing for Engineered Floors, LLC, and Corporate Vice President of Marketing at J+J Flooring Group. Earlier in the career, Ross served as Director of Marketing at Tandus and as an Account Executive at Interface, among other positions in marketing leadership. Ross holds a degree from Florida State University, attended from 1984 to 1988.
