Crystal Rodriguez is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in digital design and marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of Creative Design - Digital at Mohawk Industries since June 2022, Crystal leads the development and execution of digital assets across major brands while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Previous roles include Designer - Ecommerce at Mohawk Industries, Graphic Designer at Oriental Weavers USA where marketing campaigns were successfully developed and executed, and Marketing Manager at Rizzy Home, overseeing visual strategies and brand consistency. Crystal has also contributed as a Wedding Coordinator Assistant at Glendalough Manor and held various positions in eCommerce sales and customer care, demonstrating versatility across design and client-facing roles. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of West Georgia.
