Doug Ensley

Doug Ensley has extensive experience in marketing and sales, having served in various leadership roles since 2000 at Mohawk Industries, currently as Sr. Director of Residential Market Development. Prior positions include Director of Marketing Operations and Marketing Manager at the same company. Prior to Mohawk, Doug held the position of Director of Marketing at Image Industries from 1993 to 1999 and worked in international sales at Figidaire from 1987 to 1993. Doug's career began in academia as Director of Micro-Computing and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Doug holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
