John Kenemer

John Kenemer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and employee relations management. Since joining Mohawk Industries in October 2000 as a Senior Programs Manager in Global HR, John has focused on enhancing positive employee relations by analyzing and improving organizational processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Distribution Facility Manager at Mohawk Industries and various leadership roles at DuPont, including General Manager and Superintendent, where John managed substantial teams and operational functions. John also held positions at VF Corporation, including Superintendent and Industrial Engineer, overseeing distribution operations and implementing efficiency measures. John holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Dalton State College.
