Paige McLain

Paige McLain currently serves as Vice President of Pricing at Mohawk Industries since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paige held multiple positions at NAPA Auto Parts, including Senior Director of Strategic Pricing Execution and Director of Pricing Strategy, where responsibilities included developing customized pricing strategies, maintaining pricing recommendations for a vast product portfolio, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing efforts. Paige's earlier experience includes roles at Americold Logistics as Finance Manager and Senior Pricing Analyst, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies, as well as positions at The Home Depot and John Deere, where data analysis and demand planning were key responsibilities. Paige holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University.
