Tina Clements

Tina Clements has extensive experience in material recovery operations, currently serving as the Material Recovery Operations Manager at Mohawk Industries since April 1990. In this role, Tina oversees MRO across more than 60 sites and leads initiatives for Zero Landfill Certification in collaboration with management teams from various divisions. Prior to joining Mohawk, Tina held the position of Executive Assistant and later VP of Administration at Mattel Carpet & Rug from 1985 to 1990. Tina holds a degree from Shorter University.
