Tricia McGrath

Tricia McGrath, CHRL, currently serves as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Mohawk Medbuy Corporation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tricia held the position of Human Resources Director at Hunter Amenities International Ltd. from January 2019 to February 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Tricia also served as Vice President of Human Resources at General Mills from 2010 to 2018, where responsibilities included developing and executing the Canadian HR strategy. Additional roles include Director of Organizational Development at Shoppers Drug Mart and various HR management positions at Mars and Indigo. Tricia's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph and further education at Seneca Polytechnic.
