Bonnie Marson currently serves as a Human Resources Officer for the Mohegan Tribe, a position held since July 2022, after previously working as a Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. With extensive experience from 2006 to August 2021 as an Employee Events Specialist at Mohegan Sun, Bonnie led the development and execution of various team member events and activities, while supporting internal communications and enhancing employee engagement. Bonnie has consistently received recognition for outstanding performance, including multiple Attendance Awards, Employee of the Season Awards, a Guest Service Star Award, and United Way’s Campaign Coordinator of the Year for 2016-2017. Educational qualifications include a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Connecticut-Avery Point and a Real Estate Principles & Practices course from the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors.
