Sara Barnes has extensive experience in technical support and education. Currently serving as a Support Specialist II at the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut since November 2017, Sara previously worked as a Help Desk Technician and a Computer Technician at Ledyard Board of Education from December 2014 to November 2017. Responsibilities included network printer configuration, Windows installation and support, hardware replacement, inventory management, and user profile establishment on servers. Sara also completed an externship as IT Tech Support at Advanced Office Systems in late 2014. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education with a minor in English from Central Connecticut State University and training from Branford Hall Career Institute. Additionally, Sara holds a CompTIA A+ certification.
