Christine Ellinger

Christine Ellinger has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christine is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MOHELA since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Integrity HR Consulting from April 2022 to September 2022. From 2001 to 2022, they held various roles at Central Bancompany, including Sr. Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this position, they were responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies to support the organization's overall business plan. Christine provided leadership in areas such as talent management, employee communications, training and development, and compensation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Verizon, where they managed HR services for multiple locations and also served as a consultant for a startup office in India.

Christine Ellinger has an educational background in psychology and counseling psychology. Christine attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Christine then continued their education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Counseling Psychology. In addition to their degrees, Christine Ellinger has obtained two certifications. In May 1999, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in April 2015, they acquired the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
