Hannah Montford

Hannah Montford is an experienced eLearning Course Developer currently working at MOHELA since March 2023. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Roeslein & Associates, where 11 large-scale eLearning projects led to significant improvements in employee performance and training material generation. A former Visual Art Teacher in the Ferguson-Florissant School District, Hannah developed district-wide professional development programs and served on committees to enhance teaching practices and student engagement. As a Teaching Artist at St. Louis ArtWorks, managing client-driven art projects created public art throughout St. Louis. Additional experience includes positions as Teaching Assistant at Parkway School District, Fiber and Mixed Media Adjunct Instructor at Maryville University, and Education Director at St. Louis Artists' Guild, where grant writing and program evaluation were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master in the Art of Teaching from Webster University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Drake University.
