Michael Isenberg

Michael Isenberg has extensive experience in business and operations analysis, primarily with MOHELA since August 2008, where roles have included Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Call Center Supervisor, and Claims Supervisor. In these positions, Michael has developed reports to assess call center effectiveness, managed large teams with a focus on leadership and staff development, and ensured compliance with regulatory guidelines for processing claims. Additionally, Michael co-owned Wicked Cactus Sauce, LLC, where responsibilities included finance management, marketing, and manufacturing of artisanal hot sauces. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Illinois and further education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
