Michele Shibuya

Michele Shibuya is the Managing Principal of Business Operations for Mohr Partners, Inc., headquartered in Dallas, TX. Michele works collaboratively with accounting, brokerage, and marketing to coordinate and implement project timelines. Additionally, Michele helps recruiting efforts, monitors budgets and builds plans for operational activities. Michele also works closely with Tanya Pratt, COO, implementing best practices and ensuring quality operations in Dallas and all market offices.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Michele was a Private Wealth Asset and Property Manager for MFT Properties. A portion of her responsibilities included creating strategies for assets, developing property operating and capital budgets, preparing and reviewing financial documentation and negotiating third-party contracts.
