Previously, from January 1999 to April 2014, Janet held the position of Office Assistant II in Clinical settings at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, where responsibilities included assisting physicians, managing a six-line phone system, and supporting healthcare staff in emergency situations. Janet's educational background includes an MBA specializing in Management Communication Quality Marketing, Business Administration, and Healthcare from Kaplan University Online, alongside various certifications in Medical Billing and Healthcare Management.
