Pavel G. has worked in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Support Associate at C3i Europe, where they provided technical troubleshooting of various NET applications for clinical trials on all phases. In 2013, they worked as a McAfee Virus Removal Specialist at Sutherland Global Services, providing deep technical support for clients of the McAfee antivirus protection program. In 2014, they worked as an IBM i Operations Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where they were responsible for system work management, batch scheduling and monitoring. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at IBM as an IBM i DB2 Staff Software Engineer and IBM i DB2 Software Engineer, where they were a Subject Matter Expert for the Omnifind Text Search Server and provided DB2 support for the IBM i OS. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Mojio, administering and managing all internal Atlassian products, creating and managing automation flows, integrations, reporting mechanisms and documentation database, and creating a full AR billing process and automation for Mojio's small business fleet solution - Force by Mojio.

Pavel G. began their educational journey in 2010 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Télécom Physique Strasbourg. In 2012, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. In 2021, Pavel G. began a Master of Technology in Information Technology Project Management at New Bulgarian University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Pavel G. has obtained numerous certifications, including Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University in 2022, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Society in 2022, and several Python-related certifications from Coursera from 2018 to 2021.
