Amy Noël has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and events management industry. Amy started their career in 2013 as a Project Manager Assistant in Hospitality and Catering at SPOOMS. In 2014, they worked as a Project Manager Assistant in Hospitality and Catering development at CONVERGENCE.
From 2015 to 2016, Amy worked at Compass Group, where they served as an Event Manager at Stade de France and later as the Director Assistant of Food and Beverage at Disneyland Paris.
In 2016, they joined Sodexo and held various positions, including Director Assistant Services, Food and Beverage at Atos and DELL, and later as the Head of Services, Food and Beverage at the same companies. Amy stayed with Sodexo until 2019.
During the same period in 2019, Amy also worked as a Boardroom Waitress at NOSH Hospitality Personnel. In that year, they joined Sodexo again, this time as a Meeting & Events Coordinator Assistant Manager at Marsh & McLennan.
From 2021 to 2022, Amy worked at Uber as a Workplace Services and Coordinator. Currently, they are an Event Manager & Workplace Services at Mojo, starting in September 2022.
Amy Noël has a diverse education history. Amy obtained their Bachelor's degree in catering and hospitality management from the Institut Supérieur du Tourisme de l'Hôtellerie et de l'Alimentation in France between the years 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their College's degree in the hospitality industry at the Catering and Hospitality Management School Jean Drouant in France from 2008 to 2011. Amy also holds a High School degree from Lycée Notre Dame de la Compassion in France, which they earned between 2004 and 2008.
In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. Amy received a Working With Children Check (WWCC) from Service NSW in August 2020. Furthermore, they have certifications in Barista coffee from the Australian Barista School in NSW Australia, obtained in April 2019, and Responsible Service of Alcohol in New South Wales from Service NSW in March 2019.
