Kat Lee is the Head of Experience at Mojo Soup and serves as Chief of Staff, focusing on customer and employee experience. With a background in strategy consulting, business process improvement, and change management, Kat helps customers refine their processes to manage projects effectively. Previously, Kat held roles at UNE PIECE as a Marketing & Operations Associate and at PFM as a Financial Advisory Analyst. Kat also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California and as a summer intern in the U.S. Senate. Currently, Kat is a fellow with Startmate and a mentee at Assisterhood.
