Mojtaba Hedayatpour has extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and software development. Mojtaba is currently the Co-founder and Director of Artificial Intelligence at Mojow Autonomous Solutions Inc., where they lead a development team focused on streamlining on-farm operations in the agriculture industry.
Prior to this, Mojtaba worked at Dot Technology Corp. as an Artificial Intelligence Systems Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading the AI team and implementing state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms to enhance the capabilities of their autonomous power platform. Mojtaba also managed product development for multi-robot operation, predictive maintenance, and computer vision solutions.
Before joining Dot Technology Corp., Mojtaba held positions at the University of Regina as a Lecturer, teaching Mechatronics to engineering students, and as a Graduate Research Assistant, conducting research in various areas including unmanned aerial vehicles, artificial intelligence, and motion planning.
Mojtaba also worked as a Software Developer at both the Central Securities Depository of Iran and the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran.
Mojtaba holds a master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and has published several research works in their field.
Mojtaba Hedayatpour earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Mojtaba later pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering at the University of Regina from 2015 to 2018. In March 2018, they obtained the certification of "Compliant UAV Pilot" from Transport Canada - Transports Canada.
