Marijan Blažević

Marijan Blažević's work experience begins in 2009 when they joined Festival Cest is d’ Best & Summer on Stross as an Associate. Marijan held this role until 2012. In the same year, they also started working as a Stage Manager at HaGeZe - Croatian Music Institute, a position they held until 2013. In 2013, Marijan joined HPB House savings society as an Associate/Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for selling society products, proposing and developing house savings and house loans products, managing business relationships with key customers, and improving society products and services. Marijan also played a role in organizing product presentations, preparing marketing activities, resolving customer complaints, and managing operational risks. Marijan worked at HPB House savings society until 2019. In 2019, they joined MojPosao (Tau on-line d.o.o.) as a Recruitment Consultant, and they currently hold this position.

Marijan Blažević obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Finance, General from The Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, attending from 2005 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Marijan pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. In 2020, Marijan completed a program at Miroras centar za osobni rast i razvoj, earning a certification as an NLP Practitioner, affiliated with IANLP, INHNLP, and ABNLP associations.
