Theresa Pachmann has a diverse work experience. Theresa started their career as an Assistant Researcher at Laboratoire de Neurosciences Cognitives - Fédération 3c in 2018. Theresa then worked as an Animator of a day care centre and summer camp at RAJ, Réseau Animation Jeune. After that, they served as a Psychiatric Auxiliary at LVR-Klinkum Düsseldorf (psychiatric clinic), Kliniken der Heinrich-Heine-Universität.

Moving forward, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued multiple degrees in Economics and Psychology. During this period, they attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris School of Economics, and Université Paris Cité, earning a Double Master's Degree and two Master's degrees respectively.
