Elad Shalom

Elad Shalom's work experience includes serving as the VP Technologies & CIO at Moked Emun, starting from December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Planning and deployment Department at Partner Israel from October 2018 to June 2021. Before that, Elad was the Head of Planning and Deployment Engineering Division at IBC | UNLIMITED - Israel Broadband Company where they were one of the founders. Elad played a key role in constructing and validating the business plan, managing the project, establishing the IT system, and managing a large budget. Elad also engaged in negotiations with suppliers and contractors. Elad started their career at Mer Group in 2005, where they served as the Head of IT Project Department until their departure in 2014.

Elad Shalom's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A.) from Bar-Ilan University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2016. They also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and sociology and political science extended from the same university between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, Elad completed a Practical Electronics Engineering degree from ORT Colleges from 2007 to 2010.

Elad Shalom has obtained various certifications, including Course Directors from Bar-Ilan University in 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2017, and several LinkedIn certifications related to Microsoft Project and Visual Studio 2015.
