Jayachandran Komaravel has an extensive work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. In 2013, they started two business ventures: Own a Small Business, where they sourced and sold firecrackers from Sivakasi for Diwali, and College Connect.Me, an advertising start-up. In 2015, they joined Urban Ladder Home Solutions as an Associate - International Sourcing, where they held Inventory Planning & Management and reduced lost sales by 70%. In 2016, they joined Aibono as Associate Director Operations, receiving an award from the CEO in recognition of their planning and execution of the company's expansion. In 2017, they joined Licious - Born to Meat as Associate Director of Procurement, becoming the best performer and having the round-up experience across categories of Sourcing and B2B, leading to 3 consecutive promotions. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain at Mokobara since 2022.

Jayachandran Komaravel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras between 2011 and 2015.
