Kathleen Osgood

Kathleen Osgood is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Moku since July 2025, where Kathleen focuses on institutional capital efforts and partnerships in the web3 sector. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Director of Business Development at Sky Mavis from February 2022 to July 2025, and served as Director of Market Development at Jump Capital from June 2020 to February 2022. As the Founder & Executive Director of Omnium Blockchain from October 2018 to June 2020, Kathleen contributed to Chicago’s blockchain innovation ecosystem by providing various services including consulting and education. Kathleen also engaged in business development for Deep Systems’ digital asset trading platform and was Director of Business Development at BuildThis, where Kathleen held roles in both business development and sales. Earlier career highlights include founding Calling Crypto and working in marketing roles at NOVASTEP and Publicis Groupe. Kathleen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Villanova University and participated in a summer program at Dublin City University focused on marketing.
