Dragana Calo

Dragana Calo is an experienced professional in organizational design and corporate governance, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Design & Corporate Governance at MOL Group since February 2019. Prior to this role, Dragana held various leadership positions at INA - Industrija nafte, d.d., including Director of INA Group Organizational Design & Corporate Governance and Lead Expert in Organizational Design & Corporate Governance from April 2003 to April 2022. Notably, Dragana also served as Rotary Integration Project Manager at Crosco, Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. from June 2015 to June 2016. Dragana holds a Master's degree in Economics, Organization, and Management from the University of Zagreb, along with graduate studies in the same field and education at MIOC.
