Marcell Horváth

Marcell Horváth has a strong background in the legal field with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, construction, and contract management. Marcell is currently serving as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Legal at MOL Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate at Kinstellar from 2017 to 2022, specializing in M&A, real estate, and construction. Marcell also served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Strabag from 2010 to 2017, handling construction contracts and claims. Marcell started their career as a Junior Associate at Bárd, Cseri & Partners Law Office from 2005 to 2010 and as a Legal Trainee at Bánki and Partners Law Office from 2004 to 2005.

Marcell Horváth pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, a six-year course completed between 1999 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained the FIDIC Expert User Certificate from FIDIC Hungarian Association in 2015.
