Stela Stare

Stela Stare is a seasoned professional in HR operations and international mobility, currently serving as the Head of Reward and HR Operations at MOL Group since January 2021. Stela previously held the position of Director of Reward and HR Operations at INA Grupa from September 2016 to December 2020. Stela's expertise in international mobility was further honed during a prior role as International Mobility Manager at MOL Group, overseeing policy compliance and coordination for approximately 300 international assignees. Earlier career experiences include serving as an International Mobility and Managerial Compensation Senior Expert at INA Grupa and as a Senior Consultant in the Tax department at Deloitte, specializing in personal income tax and social security matters. Stela began the career at the Tax Authority in Zagreb as a trainee, after earning a degree from the University of Zagreb.
