Adam Holczer

Adam Holczer is an experienced professional in the fuel supply and sales industry, currently serving as the Head of Domestic Sales at MOL Magyarország since July 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing wholesale fuel and card sales in Hungary as well as sales planning and market strategy execution. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at MOL Group from September 2013 to June 2025, culminating in the role of Head of Group Fuel Supply & Sales for the CEE-11 region. Adam's extensive experience encompasses sales planning, optimization, market strategy, and team leadership across multiple roles, including Group Fuel Sales Manager and Group Supply & Sales Team Lead. Additionally, Adam has a solid educational background with advanced degrees in Petroleum Engineering, International Economics, and International Economy & Business from reputable institutions, complemented by training in supply chain optimization and PIMS software. Adam began his career at SGS as a Quality Inspector Coordinator, further enhancing skills in decision-making and customer relations.
