Bartosz Cekiera has extensive work experience in the energy and fuel industry, primarily with MOL Group and its subsidiaries. Bartosz started their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative in the Fuel Wholesale Department at Slovnaft, a member of the MOL Group. Over the years, they progressed through various roles such as Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Coordinator, and Key Account Manager, where they managed and developed the Key Partner Program for 60 private petrol stations in Poland.
In 2012, Bartosz transitioned to MOL Group, where they worked as an Export Sales Expert and Fuel Export Regional Coordinator. Bartosz also served as a Commerce Support Expert, participating in Slovnaft's SAP Implementation Sales Team and designing sales processes.
From 2014 to 2018, Bartosz held the position of Strategic Projects Manager for the Region at MOL Group, HoldINA d.o.o. Sarajevo. During this time, they were responsible for managing strategic projects and developing a new Sales Channel called the Key Partner Program for the Bosnian fuel market.
In 2018, Bartosz became a member of the Group Fuel Market Value Management Team at MOL Group, where they held roles such as Group Strategy, Product and Service Development Senior Expert, Acting Head of Fuel Market Strategy, and Group Fuel Market Value Management Team Lead. In these positions, they contributed to the development and execution of the Fuel Business Unit strategy, coordinated subsidiary companies, and led analytical projects to improve the fuel value chain performance and sales effectiveness.
Bartosz'smost recent role, starting in 2022, is with MOL Romania as the Head of Commerce and Logistics. In this position, they lead and supervises sales, logistics, supply, back office, and marketing teams. Bartosz is responsible for full business management, P&L accountability, sales channel management, product management, logistics operations, and marketing activities.
Throughout their career, Bartosz has demonstrated the ability to lead teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve business targets.
Bartosz Cekiera pursued their education from 1998 to 2003 at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they completed their Masters in Company's Management. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the SEED School for Executive Education and Development, obtaining a degree in MOL EGL LEAD with a focus on Leadership & Business.
