Lucian Grozavu

Lucian Grozavu began their work experience in 2000 at Cosmote Romania, where they served in various roles including Specialist Reporting, Specialist Credit Control, Help Desk Agent, and Activation Agent until 2003. Lucian then moved to Vodafone Romania in 2004, where they worked as a Major Accounts Collection Specialist, GBM Accounts Collection Specialist, and Collection Specialist until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Lucian worked at UPC Romania, holding positions such as Team Leader Registration Data, Collection Manager, and Head of Customer Care. In 2015, they joined STEP STONES 4D for a brief period, working in Consulting & Coaching. Lucian has been with MOL Romania since 2015, initially serving as Customer Service Manager, then progressing to roles such as Sales & Supply, Back Office Manager, Commerce and Logistics, Back Office Manager, and currently Head of Fuel and Special Products Sales.

Lucian Grozavu pursued their education in a chronological manner. Lucian first attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Following this, they attended the "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy from 2008 to 2010, where they completed a Master's Degree. Most recently, in 2019 and 2020, Grozavu enrolled in the SEED School for Executive Education and Development to participate in the Business Leadership Program.
