Marius Bucsa

Marius Bucsa has a diverse work experience in the lubricants industry. Marius began their career at Top Maziva in Croatia in 2006, where they worked as a Manager for a year. Marius then joined Star Lubricants in 2004 and served as the Industry Department Manager until 2008. During this time, they also briefly worked at OMV as a Marketing Specialist from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, Marius returned to Star Lubricants as the Industrial Sales Manager, a position they held until 2016. Marius is currently working at MOL Romania as the Lubricants Sales Manager.

Marius Bucsa obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. After a gap of several years, they pursued their Master's degree in Management from the Universitatea "Ștefan cel Mare" din Suceava, completing it between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Marius has also obtained a certification in Project Management from Celemi - Making Change Happen in December 2016.
