Valeria Constantinescu

Valeria Constantinescu started their work experience in 2004 as a Legal Adviser at Fiatest. Later in the same year, they also worked as a Prep.univ. commercial law at Spiru Haret University - Central Research Institute. In 2005, they joined UniCredit Bank as a Senior Legal Adviser and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they began their role as a Senior Legal Adviser at MOL Romania, where they are currently employed.

Valeria Constantinescu obtained a Licentiate degree in Law from the Law School at the University of Bucharest, from 1998 to 2002. Valeria then pursued further education at the Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d' Etudes Européennes, where they earned a Maîtrise en droit degree from 1998 to 2002. Later, in 2010 and 2011, Valeria pursued postgraduate studies in Private law at the Law School of the University of Bucharest, focusing on The New Civil Code and New Civil Procedural Code.
