Andrew Henderson-Schwartz has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew is currently the Head of Communications at MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology), where they manage the Communications Team and oversees external and internal communications, as well as leading on equality, diversity, and inclusion. Before this, they worked at the National Trust as the Heritage Open Days Marketing & Projects Manager, where they focused on marketing activities and growing the festival's fan base. Andrew also worked as a Research Coordinator at Ancient Egypt Research Associates, coordinating the redevelopment of Ancient Egypt's capital. Additionally, they have experience as a Market Research Intern at the Centre for Digital Heritage, a Leader in Training Programme Leader at Trail Blazer Camps, and a Visualisation Team Assistant and Website Redesign Coordinator at Ūatalhöyük Research Project. Andrew began their career as an Animateur at Telligo, where they supervised and organized activities for children.

Andrew Henderson-Schwartz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology at the University of York from 2011 to 2014. Andrew then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Digital Heritage from the same university, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
