Ankit Tulsian

Ankit Tulsian is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Strategy & Partnerships at Moladin since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ankit held the position of Director of Strategy at LemmaTree and served as the Head of Corporate Development at Tessa Therapeutics Ltd, where responsibilities included developing company positioning strategies, managing investor communications, and driving public relations efforts. Ankit also founded the Corporate Development function at Tessa, managing corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate strategy, while assisting in organizational growth. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Strategy and Business Development at Enleofen Bio, where involvement contributed to significant licensing deals, and working as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at Morgan Stanley. Ankit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MSc in International Management from Università Bocconi, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
